Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) - An Award-winning
catering company, provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and
other airlines that service Hamad International Airport.
About the Job:
As Specialty Chef, you will be responsible for specific and
ethic food in the kitchen. Monitoring the quality and flavour of food.
Accountable for anaging the stock and daily operations, Assisting
Executive Sous Chef for planning and supports during Menu presentation,
establish the department or team objectives and priorities to align with
and support business objectives.
About You:
You should be holding a Bachelor's degree
in Catering/Hotel Management
You should have also:
Good Knowledge about food and beverages
Fluent English
Good computer skills
Strong knowledge of Food hygiene & HACCP
Planning and supervisory skills
Experience:
A minimum of 4 years of job-related experience is required,
a minimum of 2 years as Sous Chef will be an advantage.
